What We'll Bring:
To provide application support operation to technical services in Hong Kong

What You'll Bring:

• University graduate with a degree in Computer Science or related technology disciplines.

• 5+ years' experience on application support or application development .

• Proficiency in Windows, Unix, JavaScript and Shell script.

• Have Oracle and PostgreSQL database experience.

• Experience in software development in JAVA.

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills in written and spoken English.

• Able to handle multiple tasks, self-motivated, reliable, intelligent, diligent, and possess good problem-solving skills.

• Mature, initiative, outgoing, and a good team player.

• 7x24 support operations (including holidays) and non-office hour customer communication .

• Remedy ticket management to meet HK SLA requirements .

• Report preparation to internal business users .

• Experience with M s- S ql databases is an advantage.

• Experience with Splunk is preferred .

• Exposure to AWS / Azure cloud platforms is a plus.

• Solid knowledge and know-how in supporting .NET Framework/Java, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and operation management technology.

• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD processes, tooling, and Docker technology.

• Adaptable and proactive integrity, with a collaborative mindset.
