Job Title: Sr. Analysts
Location: White Plains, NY
Schedule: Full-time
Job Description:
Sr. Analysts for White Plains, NY. Lead team on business intelligence reporting solutions for Enterprise Reporting for banking and financial industry. Independently build complex algorithms and data transformation logic to identify data patterns and trends. Develop standardized data models and define data types, and relationships between database attributes. Perform research on client needs, industry developments, data management solutions, understand business landscape, knowledge to provide foundational context for business intelligence projects. Escalate to management any issues or risks and assist with recommendations for mitigation / resolution. Work with functional teams within the organization (onshore and offshore) to resolve issues in the reporting products. Support client relationships and project leads across multiple development practices. Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects and coordinate cross-project activities. Work with a wider project team to develop and execute appropriate end user acceptance testing plans to support functional releases. Meet SLAs and business agreements for daily, weekly and/or monthly deliverables. Lead and mentor team. Technical Environment: Tableau; TSQL, Postgres, Python programming language; SQL queries; data mining, analysis, and data visualization; Power BI; VBA; React JS program development; Database Schemas, Compatibility issues, Stored Procedures & cursors; SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Oracle, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), AWS technologies.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any Engineering Field plus 2 years of experience in Software Development required. Required skills: Experience providing Business Intelligence Reporting solutions in Tableau for Enterprise Reporting; excellent research, quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills; writing Complex SQL queries for Data manipulation, insertion, deletion & updates; experience with Database Schemas, Compatibility issues, optimized long running Stored Procedures & cursors for effective data retrieval; TSQL, Postgres, Python programming language to develop tools for data mining, analysis, and data visualization; SSMS, SSIS; VBA; React JS program development; Power BI; AWS (Lamba, S3). Some telecommuting permitted.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,763 - $118,000/yr..annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
