What We'll Bring:
TransUnion is seeking a Specialist III/IV to join our cyber insurance team. The Specialist III / IV will play a critical role in delivering, implementing, and supporting services for TransUnion's Cyber Insurance Team. Key responsibilities will include gathering requirements from internal cross functional teams, analyzing current processes, and recommending changes that optimize the Client experience. In addition, this role will be responsible for owning several duties that are a core part of our ability to deliver class-leading services to our Insurance Partners globally. Specifically, this role will oversee the creation and external distribution of our monthly Client case activity reporting, provide basic external Client marketing support, act as a central point of contact for billing, collections research, and resolution as well as tracking and reporting on monthly budgets versus spend. Additionally, this role will provide administrative support on an as needed basis for key events, including the TransUnion Insurance Summit and external conferences. On an as needed basis, there may be the need for administrative backup support with similar responsibilities for another team under the Cyber Insurance Team.

What You'll Bring:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee internal change management
- Manage Client case activity reporting
- External Client marketing support
- Problem solving for billing and collections inquiries
- KPI reporting, including monthly T&E
- Support internal and external conferences with scheduling and administrative support, including coordinating with other departments and external vendors
- Backup support for secondary Administrative position on Breach Team
- 3-5 years experience in process improvement or project management
- Education or certifications can be considered in lieu of experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Competency in the review and update of Marketing templates.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks moving at varying pace.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Results driven, solution and goal oriented.
- Team player; collaborative work style is vital as is in keeping with companywide ethos.
