What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years in product management, sales, sales engineering, customer success or technical support experience with proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to sell and deliver customer solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to interpret data analysis into clear results and concrete recommendations (both verbally and in writing).
  • Ability/experience working with product management teams and product marketing teams, providing feedback on market trends, competitive trends and customer trends along with product/capability feedback.
  • Strong communication and writing skills and experience with preparing and delivering confident sales presentations and leading/facilitating complex customer interactions.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

  • Ability to navigate through a complex matrix organization and collaborate with multiple teams
  • Experience and knowledge of cloud data platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Snowflake) and other data technologies (such as Informatica, Collibra, etc.).
  • Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired
Impact You'll Make:

In the 1st 90 days, you will:
  • Shadow client/team interactions.
  • Gain access to TransUnion proprietary software.
  • Take part on our Solutions University training program.
Day-to-day role responsibilities include:
  • Educating the identified prospects on: TRADS capabilities using customized sales presentation materials, personalized product demonstrations and managing POC's.
  • Understanding and presenting all aspects of solutions, including value prop, analytics, integration specs, understand configuration settings, workflow process, deployment methodology, and data import/export processes to deliver product solutions that meet customer needs and allows customer to get full value of solutions.
  • Creating compelling client-facing content - leveraging and delivering solution value stories.
  • Performing proactive analytics, as applicable, to enable deeper understanding of client critical business issues/ pain points and elevate our brand as industry experts.
  • Being a key and active participant in sales calls, and visits to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage of the sales cycle (including revalidations upon renewal with existing customers), after the initial customer contact in which the sales lead identifies the needs of the customer and likely solution.
  • You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Solutions Consulting.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
