What You'll Bring:
The Impact You'll Make:
- Support and drive success across multiple a) Sales Enablement Projects and b) Sales-related Events using proven project management skills and platforms (i.e. Smartsheet), while managing multiple executive / regional / SME stakeholders
- Create e-Learnings, ILT/VILT & impactful Playbooks for our international sales force that drive sustainable, behavioural change through common content creation platforms (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Powerpoint) by defining competency needs, designing materials and shaping learning journeys.
- Deliver and facilitate learning experiences that drive sustainable behavioural change through common delivery platforms (i.e. Cornerstone / Seismic / Sharepoint / Zoom)
Essential requirements:
- Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate ideas in verbal and written presentations across the organization, from senior executives to peers, at an above-average ability level
- Able to effectively work remotely, both independently and with a close-knit Team (virtually), in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Project Management skills with Events related experience
- Knowledge of Adult Learning principles, Sales Enablement frameworks and KPI measurement models
- Undergraduate degree and a min. of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and/or recognized certifications
- Selling skills and leadership skills development experience a plus (through work &/or facilitation experience)
- Detailed knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform
- Previous experience working remotely on a global team
- Graphics and video creation experience
- Ability to speak English and Portuguese fluently in a business setting
Other Details:
- This is a remote position for candidates in Costa Rica, which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management
