- Experience in recruitment, human resources, event planning or a related field.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment ensuring deadlines are met.
- Demonstrated aptitude for managing and scheduling tasks involving logistical details.
- Comfortable and proficient in communicating with all levels of the organization, from interns to senior leaders.
- H ighly collaborative, working effectively across multiple departments to complete projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using an ATS and/or CRM system
- Understanding of the recruitment processes
As part of the Recruitment Programs Team, you will be responsible for coordinating our programs and recruitment events. In this role you will work closely with various stakeholders and ensure we have successful events and programs.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and manage events, including career fairs, information sessions, and conferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with university career services and professional organizations.
- Interview scheduling including booking interview rooms and flights, coordinating lunches, managing calendar invitation.
- Track and report on event metrics and candidate progress.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment process and programming for the US internship program.
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Programs and Events Manager and recruitment team.
Adherence to Company policies, sound judgment and trustworthiness, working safely, communicating respectfully, and safeguarding business operations, confidential and proprietary information, and the Company's reputation are also essential expectations of this position.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :
The pay range for this position is $21.54 - $31.25 per hour. *The pay range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
