What We'll Bring:
&bull The scope of the role is to program / project manage key aspects of strategic business and technical initiatives that will drive significant revenue or cost savings to the business including project plans, facilitating meetings across business, operational and engineering teams, creating materials for executive updates, and tracking critical information like risks/actions/dependancies

&bull You will make an impact through project managing the full cycle by working directly with the Global Product teams to take market feedback and managing the solution launches from sales training, working closely with product marketing and marketing teams on external launch readiness deliverables; ensuring critical software engineering milestones are part of the overall plan; and working closely with internal teams to understand their needs and ensuring that tasks like training, knowledge transfer and escalation support are part of the overall success of the product launch

&bull You will develop monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc analytics and insights for executive leadership team to measure performance of strategic initiatives &bull You will apply your communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and communicate the health of the initiatives to stakeholders at various leadership levels and diverse functions of the business &bull Develop strong relationships across the business to clearly understand objectives, constraints, and opportunities in the delivery of initiatives. &bull Actively employ principles, practices, standards, terminology and trends in project and program management including project planning, estimating, execution, implementation and general support. &bull Responsible for coordinating program efforts and overseeing individual projects efforts in order to achieve success on the program(s).

What You'll Bring:
  • 9+ years of product management/owner experience focusing on the delivery of strategic initiatives in a complex environment with demonstrated leadership, decision-making and relationship management skills
  • A natural curiosity and advanced problem-solving abilities: Ability to analyze financial information (revenue and capital expenditure), sales pipeline and other disparate sources of information and synthesize into monthly KPIs, trended / historical analysis, and creation of executive leadership materials.
  • You are an Analyst at heart and you are at your best when you can apply strategic-thinking to complex business problems: Adept at translating strategic plans/go-to-market plans into operational/tactical execution plans and KPIs
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision: A high bias to action and proficiency around execution
  • Must have excellent storyboarding (PowerPoint) and written; ability to work under deadline pressure; diplomacy; analytic and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding, or experience in, SAFe Agile portfolio practices
  • Go-to-market or seller enablement experience highly desirable
  • Project management experience highly desirable
  • Product development life cycle and product management processes experience highly desirable
  • You work well with virtual teams and have a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with resources in other countries if needed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • In depth knowledge of in Agile and SAFe methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean-Agile principles and related tools
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proficiency in Tableau (or equivalent visualization tool) preferred
