What We'll Bring:
The scope of the role is manage Global Fraud (GFS) Product and Technical portfolio of initiatives to align business strategy and drive revenue or cost savings to the business. The role may be responsible for developing and implementing portfolio management practices, standards, governance and KPIs to manage the portfolio. The role will work and give guidance to other project managers working in Global Fraud Solutions brining oversight across the business portfolio. Success in this role includes general management business acumen, strong verbal and written persuasive communication, and resolve critical blockers in the GFS portfolio with appropriate leaders.
- Prior experience managing portfolios and collaborating with senior business leaders/decision makers is required.

- Deep prior project management experience is needed for this role.
- Prior experience leading and managing a PMO is a plus.
The role will also be require you to project management critical business initiatives based on need by working directly with the Global Product teams to manage solution launches (e.g. sales training, working closely with product marketing and marketing teams on external launch readiness deliverables; ensuring critical software engineering milestones). Project management responsibilities will include maintain project plans, facilitating meetings across business, operational and engineering teams, creating materials for executive updates, and tracking critical information like risks/actions/dependencies.
Other responsibilities:
- You will also develop monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc analytics and insights for executive leadership team to measure performance of strategic initiatives.
- You will also assist in enhancing the PMO standards, templates and processes.
What You'll Bring:
- 9+ years of either portfolio or product management/owner experience focusing on the delivery of strategic initiatives in a complex environment with demonstrated leadership, decision-making and relationship management skills
- A natural curiosity and advanced problem-solving abilities
- You at your best when you can apply strategic-thinking to complex business problems to manage and align business priorities and communicating recommendations / insight to business and technology leaders
- You are a self-starter with the ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision: A high bias to action and proficiency around execution
- Must have excellent storyboarding (PowerPoint) and written; ability to work under deadline pressure; diplomacy; analytic and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of portfolio management in SAFE, waterfall and hybrid environments
- Go-to-market or seller enablement experience highly desirable
- Product development life cycle and product management processes experience highly desirable
- You work well with virtual teams and have a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with resources in other countries if needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; post graduate experience is a plus
- Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- You will apply your communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and communicate the health of the initiatives to stakeholders at various leadership levels and diverse functions of the business
- Develop strong relationships across the business to clearly understand objectives, constraints, and opportunities in the delivery of initiatives.
- Actively employ principles, practices, standards, terminology and trends in project and program management including project planning, estimating, execution, implementation and general support.
- Responsible for coordinating program efforts and overseeing individual projects efforts in order to achieve success on the program(s).
