What We'll Bring:
We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst who will be part of our Product team that works closely with Technology, and Customer Support teams to understand the interactions with our high quality hosted solutions for our Customers. You will support our Consumer Interactive business by ensuring our solutions are provide to be best in class products and platform to consumers.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, statistics, etc....
• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in engineering, business, finance, accounting, economics, math/statistics, science or an equivalent field or 3 years of experience in related positions.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing in English throughout all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to measure impact of changes
• Excellent Spanish verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a good command of English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to write and QA new, complicated analysis and SQL scripts independently.
• Ability to use business data to turn business hypotheses in actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A can-do attitude and proclivity for tracking down answers and taking on new challenges.
• Strong business acumen and initiative, along with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• This is a remote position for candidates in Costa Rica, which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

• Google Analytics experience, certifications or official training preferred
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools
• Prior experience in statistical analysis, project management, team management, consulting
• Previous product pricing or market segmentation experience

• The first 90 days of this role will involve:
  • Learning about the Consumer Interactive products, their market landscape and their market segments
  • Becoming comfortable with the data available on the products, how to access and analyze it.
  • Being able to independently produce periodic reports.
  • Being able to lead and monitor projects
  • Learning how to turn analysis into concise communication to Senior Leadership
  • Learning about the roles and responsibilities of coworkers and matrix partners
• What you'll accomplish beyond 90 days:
  • Triage feedback and work to resolve any issues arising from newly released products and features.
  • Develop product documentation
  • Be able to translate technical details into business friendly terms.
• Analyze internal and external datasources to support Product Manager in making development prioritization decisions
• Begin to turn analysis into novel findings that drives product improvements and new profitable business decisions
• Become the SME in the business data underlying Consumer Interactive's Hosted Solution and be able to efficiently respond to ad hoc requests
• Report a realization of benefits on a recently launched product to Senior Leadership
• Monitor product performance and outcomes as needed
• Run a project from beginning to end
