We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

The Business Development Manager at TransUnion Spain focuses on driving business growth in the Spanish and Portuguese consumer lending markets. This role combines strategic sales expertise with deep knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese market to support sales of complex, high-value solutions and services. The position involves identifying market opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and positioning TransUnion as a trusted advisor in the financial services community.

Day to Day You'll Be:
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Support sales in meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities in the Spanish and Portuguese consumer lending markets.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and competitor activities in the market.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Strengthen existing and develop new strategic partnerships with third-party experts to validate and enhance TransUnion's research and insights.
  • Sales Enablement: Support insights-led sales efforts by training sales and consulting teams on industry trends and research studies.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Extensive experience in consumer lending and strategic sales.
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead market penetration and expansion initiatives hunting for new clients and deepening existing relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and Portuguese. English is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Background in business, economics, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience in strategy or corporate development.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to changing requirements.
