What We'll Bring:
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator with solid background in US Payroll processes. The person in this role should have 1-2 years of payroll experience in USA and CAN including multi-state, quarterly and annual reporting of W-2, understanding of providences, and T-4; experience with global systems such as Workday, ADP, Alight, UKG, etc., and proficiency in Microsoft Office products; especially Excel (should be able to perform X-lookups, create pivot tables, etc.), with ability to analyze data. The candidate in this role must be able to meet established deadlines, while working with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. Able to juggle multiple priorities at one time.

What You'll Bring:
Main Tasks
- Reviewer of US postal service mail.
- Data entry of global payrolls.
- Data entry for time and attendance.
- Generate and work with 3rd party vendors and global payroll team in quarterly and year-end payroll reporting (941s, W-2, T-4, etc.).
- Responsible for easier more vanilla payrolls.
- Partner with global payroll team on all items related to payroll and payroll tax items.
- Resolution of discrepancies found pre and post payroll execution.
- Back-office support in ticketing resolution.
- Update SOP based on needs.
- Seek for process improvement opportunities across the team.
- Level 1 support.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in excel with the ability to create and analyze reports for efficient payroll processing.
- Experience in USA and Canadian payroll laws.
- Excellent customer service orientation and team player.
- Must be able to meet established deadlines, while working with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. Able to juggle multiple priorities at one time.
- A self-starter, with the ability to quickly change course and adapt to meet business needs.
- Positive and consistent attitude; good sense of humor is a plus!
- Proficient with excel.
