What You'll Bring:

- 5+ years of experience with VB.net and SQL
- Experience designing and delivering EPM/CPM based solutions to consolidation, forecasting and management reporting
- Proven experience supporting end-user processes (e.g., Close, Budget, Forecast, FP&A)
- Experience with automation (scripts and scheduling)
- Strong financial/accounting systems and business background
- Experience working with SOX systems and IT general controls and processes

The EPM team is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis functions within OneStream for TransUnion's P&L, Balance Sheet, CapEx, Workforce Planning, and Consumer Subscription Revenue applications. OneStream runs 24 x 7 to supports close and forecast processing with users around the globe. Flexibility and openness are valued in our entrepreneurial, business-casual environment. It an end-to-end global close, forecasting, and reporting application for finance and accounting that will continue to grow into new areas of the business over the next few years including Tax, Close Consolidation, Cash Flow, Machine Learning, and AI How You Will Contribute.
As a member of the EPM team, this Information Technology Lead Engineer role will participate in the design and development of complex solutions in OneStream to support the enterprise performance management space. The role is also responsible for helping define, implement and enforce standards and best practices within OneStream and integrated processes.
&bull Partner with internal business resources and technical teams to lead requirements gathering for resolution towards complex issues.
&bull Lead and drive solution design and implementation for process and system improvements in OneStream.
&bull Lead and drive security, reporting analysis and forecasting configuration for OneStream to streamline FP&A functions and financial close consolidation and reporting.
&bull Identify and execute opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
&bull Participate in development and oversee maintenance of code to ensure consistency, quality, best practices, and performance of applications.
&bull Lead support of the broader OneStream product suite across financial applications and reporting tools.
&bull Drive and manage OneStream releases for improved FP&A process experience.
&bull Guide junior resources as needed.
&bull Collaborate with cross-functional teams in technology, finance, and accounting.
&bull Accountability for system administration, new application development, change management, and SOX controls.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $150,000 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
