Dynamics of the Role

As a member of the EPM team, this Information Technology Lead Engineer role will participate in the design and development of complex solutions in OneStream to support the enterprise performance management space. The role is also responsible for helping define, implement and enforce standards and best practices within OneStream and integrated processes.

The Team's Focus -
The EPM team is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis functions within OneStream for TransUnion's P&L, Balance Sheet, CapEx, Workforce Planning, and Consumer Subscription Revenue applications. OneStream runs 24 x 7 to supports close and forecast processing with users around the globe. Flexibility and openness are valued in our entrepreneurial, business-casual environment. How You Will Contribute

&bull Partner with internal business resources and technical teams to lead requirements gathering for resolution towards complex issues.
&bull Lead and drive solution design and implementation for process and system improvements in OneStream.
&bull Lead and drive security, reporting analysis and forecasting configuration for OneStream to streamline FP&A functions and financial close consolidation and reporting.
&bull Identify and execute opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
&bull Participate in development and oversee maintenance of code to ensure consistency, quality, best practices, and performance of applications.
&bull Lead support of the broader OneStream product suite across financial applications and reporting tools. &bull Drive and manage OneStream releases for improved FP&A process experience.
&bull Guide junior resources as needed.
&bull Collaborate with cross-functional teams in technology, finance, and accounting.
&bull Accountability for system administration, new application development, change management, and SOX controls. What You Will Bring
&bull Required Skills o Hands-on OneStream experience.
o 5+ years VB.net experience.
o 5+ years SQL experience.
o 5+ years designing and delivering EPM/CPM based solutions to consolidation, forecasting and management reporting.
o 7+ years supporting enduser processes (e.g., Close, Budget, Forecast) o Experience with automation (scripts and scheduling) o Strong technical background and experience with FP&A o A computer science degree is an advantage but not required.
o Strong financial/accounting systems and business background.
o Experience working with SOX systems and IT general controls and processes.
&bull Additional areas of experience and familiarity that are an advantage but not required
o PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion.

o Provide detailed requirements for a successful candidate
o Sort requirements by order of importance, starting with hard skill requirements (i.e. coding, etc.) , then soft skill requirements (i.e. communication, etc.), then nice to have
o Add "is a plus." at the end of nice to have requirements.
o Examples:
o 12+ years of technical experience including experience in technical architecture, application development, database management or operations.
o 12+ years of Java experience with Spring framework and modules, high volume, and high concurrency applications.
o Ability to communicate complex technical or architecture concepts in a simple manner and can adapt to different audiences.

o Experience working in a SOX compliance environment is a plus
