What We'll Bring:
This role will work within the Training and QA Team and use their technical and creative expertise to support the organization in the design, development, review and testing of online training programs.
What You'll Bring:
The position is responsible for using rapid eLearning processes and tools to assist with the conversion of training materials into an online format for an asynchronous learning experience for sellers across TransUnion. This position will directly support the standardization of introductory selling courses for TransUnion Commercial University.
Impact You'll Make:
- Designs, develops and maintains training modules, quizzes, exams and job aids for new hire training for Global Customer Operations.
- Creates interactive elements in eLearning courses, including graphics, rollover buttons, text entry fields, animation, and interactive demonstrations to engage the learner and increase learning retention.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of Articulate Storyline and other authoring tools to support eLearning development.
- Creates online training programs according to learning goals and incorporates adult learning theory.
- Interacts with Subject Matter Experts to design online training and to maintain the integrity and technical accuracy of the instructional content.
- Performs quality assurance testing for the successful operation of eLearning courses within the learning management system.
- Applies eLearning style guidelines to eLearning courses. Adheres to TransUnion Commercial University and TransUnion brand guidelines.
- Manages multiple projects and prioritizes deadlines to ensure the timely completion of project tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve the eLearning development workflow and creates process documentation for eLearning training support.
