&bull Define technology strategy
&bull Provide research inputs on new technology, drive Hackathons and POCs and share reference implementations for the Engineering teams
&bull Contribute to technology blogs, white papers and articles
&bull Design, Plan and conduct technical training programs.
&bull Design review for framework, product/platform and implementation level design changes
&bull Collaborate with the developers, business analysts and development managers in order to determine the software's technical direction, systems architecture, system design and implementation plan- and provide the direction to the team
&bull Acts as advisor or coach to the team and mentor Tech Leads and Developers
&bull Able to provide Just In time Solutions, troubleshoot the blockers and challenges faced by the teams
&bull Able to distinguish self in the Architecture Community by providing Leadership insights and being able to stand out.
&bull Ability to choose suitable Hardware and performance tuning mechanisms to the software
&bull Ability to understand the nuances of different technologies, and be able to determine the usage of technology for different pieces of the Architecture framework.

What You'll Bring:

&bull Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or a combination of work and educational experiences that demonstrates experience designing and implementing data models for customer facing websites/applications
&bull 12-15 yrs' experience in software development.
&bull Should have prior experience on working as an architect for a product/platform or business unit
&bull Java, J2EE, Web Services, Spring, strong micro services architecture background
&bull Performance tuning, application deployment topologies, DR strategy, capacity planning
&bull Hands on experience in Cloud Native development and experience in building solutions/platforms on any cloud provider - AWS/GCP/Azure.
&bull Hand on experience in designing, building and deploying REST,GRPC, GraphQL & CI CD pipelines
&bull Strong in architecture design patterns, experience with secure interoperability standards and methods, architecture tools and processes.
&bull Database design, SQL, NOSQL, Query Optimisation.
&bull Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
&bull Ability to create proof of concepts of new technologies and be able to talk through the pros and cons.
