What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience advising HR and management on corrective action for multiple states
  • M anage the reasonable accommodation and case management system (HR Acuity)
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current employment laws, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and DOL requirements, as well as AAP and HR compliance concepts and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or a combination of education and experience.

Impact You'll Make:
  • The Employee Relations Center of Excellence (COE) is our team of subject matter experts on all things employee relations. The team helps make TransUnion a positive and compliant company to work for by staying in touch with labor laws, making policy changes, and executing on programs that support, educate, and enable TransUnion associates to succeed.
  • This role supports TransUnion's Employee Relations COE by providing guidance and expertise. With the COE Director, you will be responsible administering and enforcing legally compliant employment policies and procedures, as well as recommending revisions to stay up-to-date with changing labor laws. You will provide leadership in the execution of strategic HR initiatives, training, and programs, to create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Serve as a key resource to associates, managers, and HR professionals by providing guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, corrective counseling, coaching, issue mediation, and creating positive work environment.
  • Investigate associate complaints and workplace issues reported to Employee Relations or the Ethics Hotline. Recommend appropriate responses to concerns based on applicable laws and company policies.
  • Work in conjunction with the Corporate Investigation Department or Information Security on complex investigations.
  • Research and interpret relevant employment laws to aid in the development, implementation, and enforcement of legally compliant HR policies, practices, and employee handbooks.
  • Create programs and execute on initiatives to help maintain a compliant and positive work environment. Communicate information to help educate associates and managers.
  • Ensure that project and team milestones and goals are achieved on time and while adhering to approved budgets.
  • Drive annual reporting requirements including affirmative action planning, OFCCP, and VETS-100 reporting. Advise on affirmative action program changes based on reporting results.
  • Manage the employee case management system and provide analysis on trends to drive the Employee Relations COE roadmap.
Hybrid or remote opportunity if you are not in a TransUnion HUB location.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
