What You'll Bring:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries. This role involves identifying and delivering effective solutions to employees, leaders, and other HR teams. The HR Operations Analyst will execute processes, deliver results, and manage day-to-day operations on a global scale. This position is crucial in supporting and performing activities that enable HR business processes, ultimately driving a best-in-class employee experience. This role will focus on managing the employee lifecycle and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional employee experiences by executing cases and responding to queries in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and regional regulations.
Impact You'll Make:
Case Management: Deliver the best employee experience by managing cases and responding to employee queries in line with internal policies and regional regulations including:
- Handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related topics.
- Resolving issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR systems, and other departments to support HR initiatives.
- Participating in cross-functional meetings to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Managing employee data changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in the HRIS system.
- Documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and updating them as needed.
- Analyzing feedback and data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Conducting regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Tracking and reporting on key HR metrics and performance indicators.
- Coordinating onboarding activities, such as new hire orientation and training.
- Managing offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final settlements.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.
- Implementing policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks.
