If so, we are looking for an HR Administrator to join our fast-paced Global People Operations team to play a key role for front line HR support to employees and managers across the globe.

The People Operations team is a key service between employees and HR, enabling an exceptional service and consistent end to end employee experiences through high quality administrative support across all areas of HR. The broad nature of the role will provide the opportunity to develop core HR knowledge and expertise.

What You'll Bring:

  • Be the Front-Line Support for Employee Queries Globally: Provide the best employee experience by executing cases and responding to employees queries according to internal policies and procedures as well as the country/region's regulations.

  • Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams : have a proactive and collaborative approach, working with HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure you are providing best in class employee HR support. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all third parties receive relevant information in timely manner
  • Workday Data Administration: Ensure Workday tasks and transactions are completed promptly and accurately. Processing Workday transactions in an accurate and timely manner & liaison with central HRIS teams to ensure proactive improvements to the system where appropriate . Providing system generated reports, insights and analytics plus other management information to stakeholders on request.
  • Perform HR Service O perations T asks : This includes, but is not limited to: investigating, analyzing, and auditing employee data.
Impact You'll Make:
  • A proven track record of working in a fast-paced administration team or customer service environment, ideally within HR , 2 years and above Customer Support exp
  • Experience with case management desirable
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft office - E xcel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
  • Experience handling sensitive situations and handling customers and stakeholders with empathy and understanding.
  • Experienc e handling sensitive data.
  • Personable and friendly, you'll be a key ambassador of the Global People Services team providing HR service to our managers and colleagues.
  • A positive outlook when faced with obstacles . Self-aware and able to escalate when needed
  • Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
