What We'll Bring:
We are looking for a Payroll Senior Analyst to join our team in Costa Rica. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across internal parties such as HR Sys, HRBP, Compensation Teams, and with third parties such as ADP.
The Payroll Sr. Analyst will have the opportunity to partner with all these teams to achieve operational process tasks and, to work on continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements.
This is a remote position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities. In person assistance at the office is required from time to time, which will be informed by your managers ahead of time

What You'll Bring:
&bull 5+ years' experience in Payroll processing experience.
&bull Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economy, or similar careers.
&bull Experience in processing payroll processes for several counties, giving priority to US
&bull Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate / advanced) and Power Point.
&bull High English level required (B2+ and above)
&bull Ability to act in adherence to strict confidentiality of the data handled and aligned to the TU beliefs.
&bull Demonstrable ability to work under pressure
&bull Strong oral and written communication, organizational and analytical skills. Effectively shares/ disseminates information; listens to others and incorporates/integrates information.
&bull Excellent customer service orientation and team player.
&bull Ability to manage priorities and workflow
&bull Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
&bull Ability to work in a fast pace transformative Global environment
Impact You'll Make:
This role will act as a key Sr. Analyst of the Payroll team and is responsible (but not limited to) for:
&bull Assisting on key and critical projects for the team. Working and mentoring with other GFSS Payroll Associates to obtain results from these projects.
&bull Prepare SOX and audit reports that will be reviewed and approved by the Payroll Lead and Payroll Global Process Lead prior to the execution of the payroll process.
&bull Ability to autonomously analyze and resolve complex GFSS Payroll Associates inquiries and issues in a timely manner and effectively communicate back to them.
&bull Partner with internal and external payroll business partners on all items related to payroll and payroll tax items.
&bull Identify continuous improvement enhancements across the processes handled and lead such initiatives.
&bull Process payrolls for several countries, work with 3rd party vendors to obtain timely and accurate results based on SLA.
&bull Assist in quarterly and year-end payroll reporting.
&bull Ability to work with 3rd party vendors and internal business parts to track and resolve all tax needs in timely manner, escalate to global payroll head as necessary.
&bull Ensure accurate time sheets and review other payroll-related information such as special payments, deductions, payroll taxes, etc. to detect and reconcile payroll.
&bull Ability to create, review and update when needed, the SOPs for global payroll playbook.
&bull Perform other duties as identified or as assigned
&bull Team player with the ability to mentor other team members on global payroll processes.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
