What You'll Bring:
- Pursuing a bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations Management, Analytics, Marketing or equivalent area of study and graduating by June 2026 or earlier
- Previous experience is Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Be able to analyze and create correlation from different data sets
- Great communication and presentation skills to be able to roll up data sets into meaningful insights
- Research industry trends and best practices
- This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week
- Sound approach to conducting research on industry trends and best practices
- Accuracy and thoroughness in analysis and approach
- Assist in planning and execution of projects in global setting
- Support coordinate of M&A due diligence and integration planning with Global Operations SMEs
- Part of core team driving vendor consolidation strategy
- Support development of business cases
- Vendor and internal transition planning and execution
- Help develop playbooks
