We are looking for a Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis that will develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control with the ability to perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. The individual will gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.

The role will also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrates profound understanding of specific functional area including financial acumen.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong documentation and collaboration skills to provide guidance across segments.
- Manages, develops, and motivates associates and has accountability for the performance and results of the team with preferably 5+ years of management experience.
- Demonstrates organizational & project management skills. Has proven ability to develop and maintain standards, procedures, and guidelines around day to day operations to team and/or community.
- Demonstrates ability to identify, define, address and solve multi-dimensional issues of ambiguous nature including those that affect operations, associates or finances.
- Demonstrates willingness to research on best practices outside of the enterprise to provide good thought leadership.
- Exhibits proficiency in Enterprise Performance Management systems (e.g., OneStream).
- Exhibits proficiency in Enterprise Risk Management systems (e.g., Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP) and understanding of data flow / systems a plus.
- Exhibits proficiency in Office suite products (Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to pick up tools quickly.
- Is detail oriented and a good analytical eye to review reports and packages published by the team.
- Accountable for leading and the oversight of budget, forecast, performance and results of the enterprise and/or influences functional strategy including strong support with monthly close.
- Guides management and/or principal/expert employees who exercise significant independence and autonomy in decision making.
- Participates with other senior management to establish strategic goals, plans, and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or procedural matters to ensure operations achieve objectives.
- Creates operating policies and procedures that impact multiple disciplines and departments.
- Develops guidelines, processes, and procedures for assigned functional area. Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel. Makes strategic decisions based on company goals and objectives.
- Creates meaningful insights and gathers significant metrics that will enable management to understand their performance.
- Manages experienced professionals who exercise high latitude and independence in their assignments.
- Exercises management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination, and other personnel actions.
- Contacts are typically with peers, subordinate management, and senior management concerning projects, close/forecast results, and/or scheduling requirements that affect the scope of their responsibility.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
