We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in ensuring reliability with cloud-native application deployments to join our dynamic team. As an SRE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust systems that can scale seamlessly to meet the demands of our rapidly growing user base.

&bull Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based systems, focusing on automation, scalability, and resiliency.
&bull Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
&bull Monitor system performance and capacity, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
&bull Continuously improve system reliability through performance optimization, capacity planning, and fault tolerance.
&bull Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and data protection regulations.
&bull Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely resolution of production issues.
&bull Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentorship of junior team members.
Skills and Qualifications:
&bull Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
&bull Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role, with a focus on cloud-based deployments.
&bull Strong proficiency in industry-standard tooling for open-source alerting, logging, and monitoring, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or similar.
&bull Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS/Azure/GCP, and hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
&bull Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
&bull Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration frameworks.
&bull Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment processes, and configuration management tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Flux).
&bull Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
&bull Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
&bull Proven track record of delivering reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
&bull Understanding of Bigdata/Spark/Scala/Hadoop systems and troubleshooting abilities is a plus.
&bull Knowledge if Windows operating system and windows scripting is a plus

&bull Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
&bull Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and serverless computing.
&bull Familiarity with DevOps principles, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices.
