Experienced litigator handling management of internal FCRA individual litigation matters, investigating claims, identifying litigation trends and root causes and management and administration of settlement of litigation matters.
What You'll Bring:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required and 1-2 years of experience as an attorney with a strong FCRA defense history.
- Ability to work closely in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment with other attorneys, executives and administrators.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills (logic, problem solving, issue spotting, and decision making).
- Demonstrated ability to handle a significant and diverse work flow in an effective and timely manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strategically analyzing and valuing resolution of of in-house FCRA individual litigation matters including root cause analysis, initial case strategies and updating/reporting to senior leaders regarding these matters, business impact, and lessons learned.
- Provide proactive legal counsel to stakeholders, including TransUnion management.
- Review and draft settlement agreements and related documents.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of company-related business
- 20% strategic thought and legal analysis
- 80% individual contributing management of litigation portfolio

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
