What We'll Bring: The Consumer Operations Representative is responsible for addressing consumer requests and concerns in the Back-Office, Walk-in, Email, and Call Center channels.
What You'll Bring:
Ensure that all Consumer Credit Report requests are attended and responded to within the Service Level Agreement.
Ensure that all other related D2C tasks are carried out in accordance to TransUnion's Compliance requirements-- logging and tracking of consumer requests, reviewing of documents, updating the tracker, reconciling payments, and issuance of consumer credit reports
Create and Facilitate Consumer Relations policy and procedure, user documentation, scripts, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Work with vendors to ensure timely resolution of consumer disputes, complaints, and escalations
Work with the Operations Dispute Team and Data Furnishers to close disputes concerns raised by consumers
Ensure adherence of TAT for all consumer operations related processes
