Consumer Dispute Representative:
Dispute Representative will monitor and acknowledge disputes coming from consumers or 3rd party partner regarding the credit report they received from us.
Dispute Representative should be able to investigate and provide resolution to the consumers or 3rd party partner within the given TAT.
He or she should be able to track all issues and maintain a common tracker.
Dispute Representative should be able to provide reports every month to management to know the status of the task.
He or she should be able to think and provide process improvement for the betterment of the work
Dispute representative should always coordinate with the consumer or 3rd party partner to provide updates and status via email or call.
Should be good in analyzing issues in order to produce a good result.
Should have a good interpersonal skills.
Should provide quality work and within TAT with minimal to no assistance

Should be able to communicate with the members and consumer fluently and able to create business type of email response.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
