This role is part of the Global Solutions organization where it is responsible for ensuring the commercial success of all solutions and consulting within the market. They partner closely with global product line and supporting functions leaders and teams to ensure that products and strategies are localized and deployed in their market. They work with market business leaders to develop robust solution and engagement/GTM strategies that achieve regional revenue and EBITDA goals. This role will maximize the use of global IP while responsibly embracing local needs and nuance. They provide senior leadership and are driven to ensure the success of our global targeted operating model.

What You'll Bring:
Experience and Skills
- 15+ years of leadership experience in Product Management; demonstrated success launching and driving adoption of new products
- While Financial Services experience in Products and Risk (Credit or Operational) is preferred, successful candidates should demonstrate intellectual agility to apply learnings and strong management fundamentals to solutions across Marketing, Telco, Communication Solutions and Fraud, and to other market segments
- Strategic thinker with experience building net-new products as well as adapting existing products to create new/increased value
- Strong "operator" mindset that can systematically manage and optimize to completion multiple, complex issues in region ranging from revenue attainment, prioritization of valuable, scarce resources against complex business needs, organizational structure and change management
- Ability to clearly and critically determine, define and scrutinize critical business issues and voice of market that will drive product value propositions for enhancements or new product launches
- Experience with taking new B2B solutions to market, leveraging levers across the organization to drive successful GTM and adoption
- Experience writing, present and defending investment/business cases
- Strong communicator at all levels of the organization with demonstrated ability to create followership and communicate a compelling vision and strategy
- Relationship-oriented, strong collaborator that is adept at leading through influence; experience thriving in complex, matrix organizations
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies
- Strong people leader with experience managing teams of 50+ associates and experience developing and growing talent
- Ability to build trusting relationships - across all levels and in the immediate / extended team internationally, should be known and regarded as a trusted competent advisor.

Running the Business
- Achieve overall revenue and EBITDA targets for their Market. Achieves annual New Product Initiative (NPI) revenue; ensuring that we are able to drive growth through the successful build and introduction of new products
- Execute the day-to-day "run" agenda for the Market, ensuring that products are delivered, perform and achieve in-year revenue targets and that customer needs are met
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product strategies are aligned with the go-to-market and product adoption strategies
- Work closely with Global CoEs, local IT, and operational leadership to ensure that products are delivered with high quality, on budget and on time
- Build and manage an appropriate, efficient and successful portfolio of Local products as well as imported global solutions
- Oversee legacy products and their associated controls to ensure that the products can be maintained appropriately alongside newly developed products without compromising the quality and operating effectiveness of either
- Capture VoC and market/competitive intelligence to ensure that products are effectively and efficiently adapted to market needs
- Monitor budget and cost controls to ensure that products are managed effectively; continuously looking for opportunities to drive scale and efficiencies in order to release funds to reinvest into the business
- Represent business and solutions with regulators to ensure understanding and transparency on meeting solutions compliance to regulations
- Proactive monitoring and governance of solutions across all channels to ensure efficacy, availability and quality
- The role will sit on the local Executive Committee. As part of the local Executive Committee, they will be expected to be involved in all key strategic investment and resource decisions for the market
- Develop, articulate and deliver the three-year Solutions strategy for their vertical or region. This includes a comprehensive product and commercialization strategy across all products
- Partner with Global CoEs to ensure the definition and delivery of product strategies and roadmaps to meet revenue growth targets; provide input to global CoEs on prioritization
- Manage products throughout their lifecycle; develop effective product sunset strategies
- Develop, present, defend and track business cases for investment
- Drive the Grow agenda in regions, focused on creating the next set of innovations for the region, via both localization of global IP and through development of local solutions
- Participate in M&A or market/vertical expansion opportunities as required
- Manage, motivate and coach all direct reports ("solid" and "dotted"), ensuring that they have individual development goals and career development plans
- Lead team of 50-100+ (depending on market size) associates to convey vision, gain alignment and commitment on organizational goals and attainment
