What You'll Bring:
Qualification
- Requires bachelor degree in any financial or IT related fields.
- Expert level in Microsoft excel - pivot tables, nested formulas, and other complicated excel functions
- With working knowledge of SQL, Python (creation and modifications of scripts) and other automation/database tools
- Must have at least 1-2 years experience in technical support, investigation, root cause analysis and report generation - experience in handling clients and good negotiation skills.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills with a background in technical communications.
- Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical environments, and ability to build professional relationships. Demonstrated ability to meet critical time sensitive objectives.
- Works closely with other teams especially within Operations.
- Build excellent relationship in both internal stakeholders and external TUPH members.
- Willing to work in hybrid and at least 40% working from the office each month.

Job Description
- Should be able to do quality analysis on members enquiry and contribution.
- Able to coordinate with members on their findings and encourage them to correct their data.
- Should be able to assist on dispute and manage member issues
- Support the goal of TUPH in achieving its yearly target revenue.
- Assist in escalated issues and resolve it as soon as possible.
