Group Details
The Treasury Product Manager is responsible for understanding trading protocols and data products for the Institutional Treasury Bond product group. The manager will maintain and grow the product group while connecting business with technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with broader team to develop new initiatives and protocols to grow the product through collecting client/dealer feedback, and working with technology teams to create jiras, and get projects spec'd out, scheduled, and built/released.
- Escalation support for U.S. Treasury clients/dealers via email and chats (Bloomberg, and Symphony) - on both a reactive/proactive basis.
- Identify issues, take ownership of real-time problems, and use problem solving skills and critical thinking to triage issues and escalate internally to our technical support and development team.
- Establish strong relationships with sell-side trading and sales staff serving as the point of contact.
- Assist in testing/quality assurance/demos/marketing of new protocols both externally and internally.
- Ability to run analysis and provide statistics of the product to both internal and external groups using reporting tools.
- Partner with marketing to develop marketing and sales materials and generate new ideas to pitch our product to clients via various platforms (i.e.: webinars, pop-ups, blogs, industry conferences).
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of the US Treasury market structure and competitive landscape.
- Develop a strong technical understanding of both client/dealer workflows across Tradeweb's protocols/integration.
- Collaborate on a global scale with external clients/dealers, international business partners, sales, finance operations, and technology teams to help drive our strategy and product roadmap.
- Opportunity to manage and mentor junior talent within the team, providing guidance and professional development support.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on fixed income products, particularly rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and market structure is preferred.
- SIE and Series 63 preferred

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $100,000 to $250,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
