Talent Sourcer (8 month contract - Inside IR35)

You will act as a versatile Talent Acquisition Sourcer and help identify, attract, and bring in top-tier talent for the Tradeweb's International business. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple geographies and business functions.

This role requires a candidate who is not only adept at sourcing strategies but also excels in partnering with hiring managers, building relationships and working closely with HR to drive successful talent acquisition initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively source top talent and screen CV's, conducting initial pre-screening of candidates
• Help manage the tracking of candidates and roles, providing the business with clear communication and updates on progress.
• Work with Head of Recruitment, Hiring Managers / Interviewers and Candidates to arrange interview schedules.
• Partner witht the HR Business Partners with regard to recruitment in their business areas
• Lead on the annual intern recruitment programme
• Coordinate interview feedback and deliver a great candidate experience
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate administration of ATS (Oracle)
• Assist with contractor and staff augmentation requirements when required
• Work closely with HR Operations to ensure a seamless candidate/employee experience
• Utilise a consultative approach to guide and educate hiring managers on effective sourcing strategies, market insights, and candidate trends
• Assist in wider recruitment projects: workflow and process review, continuing to build reporting and talent data
• Help manage approvals and candidate paperwork prior to a candidate joining Tradeweb. This includes, new hire approvals, job description, contracts.

• Proven experience working in talent acquisition sourcing in a fast-paced environment
• Sound working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent.
• Extensive knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and industry-specific resources
• Previous experience of recruiting and organising internship/graduate schemes is essential
• Experience of sourcing across EMEA & APAC regions is desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Positive, efficient and practical approach;
• Attention to detail & motivated to deliver a high level of support
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative and team player
• Proficient in MS Office.
