Software Development Engineer in Test

Salary Range: USD 170,000.00 - 200,000.00 per year

• In this role, you will be a part of a team that validates our core product.
• Work with Engineering leaders to define a scalable Dev/E automation system.
• Build from a vertical slice out to the full breadth of unit, API, integration and E2E tests.
• Identify test gaps and come up with tactics to fill them.
• Obsess over the development experience with the test framework to be a key enabler of a delightful customer product experience.
• Write and maintain high-quality automation code and framework.
• Mentor engineers on how to write new test suites in the new framework.

• 3+ years of software development in test experience.
• 3+ years of experience in testing API services
• Experience building enterprise solutions that are highly available
• You have a deep sense of ownership in delivering a delightful customer experience.

• 2+ years of experience contributing to test architectures
• Executed in a highly effective organization that embraced Agile at every level.
• Clear understanding of testing event driven or distributed systems
• Strong passion for making products with high quality that delivers a great customer experience.

• The current pay range for this role is currently $170,000 to $200,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.
• This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb's discretionary bonus program.
• This role is expected to remain open until March 10th, 2025.
