An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior product manager to join the EUGV London-based team. A key position within one of our highest revenue generating business streams, the right individual will have sound product and market experience and be able to add value to the existing EUGV business, capitalising on all opportunities for growth and maximising market share. The successful candidate will be capable of building excellent relationships with key members of relevant trading and sales desks, along with a good understanding of client needs ready to integrate into Tradeweb's EUGV strategy and direction for the platform. This position requires commercial insight, a good understanding of e-trading solutions and market / product expertise.

Key responsibilities:
- Work within the EUGV Product Management team to drive the business in terms of participation, volumes and revenues.
- Take ownership of internal data / trend monitoring and work closely with the Product Managers on incoming data request
- Prepare and provide regular management information; update relevant teams and senior management regularly to ensure effective and real-time global communication.
- Assist in the implementation of new products, product enhancements and dealers ensuring seamless delivery is achieved
- Take ownership to ensure the platform performs as expected and investigate, communicate and work with technical teams to resolve any problems
- Proactively seek opportunities to engage with Tradeweb's dealer community, looking for ways to provide excellent client service and maintaining good working relationships on a day-to-day basis
- Implement strategy to ensure maximum dealer support of functionality/trade types is achieved and work with sales teams to promote new features and gather feedback
- Provide ongoing support and training to the dealer community on Tradeweb's new products and enhancements including holding presentations and conducting demonstrations of the system to a broad audience e.g. Trading, Sales, Technology or Ecommerce
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Understanding of Fixed Income and electronic trading/e-commerce
- Strong data analysis skills, Tableau advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results focused and able to deliver under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to achieving high standards
- Ability to drive and support a product development / sales strategy
- Shows initiative and strong team-player
