As this is a key strategic position, the right individual will have extensive product and market experience and be able to own and drive our Equities OTC trading business in APAC (business forward, capitalizing on all opportunities for growth and maximizing market share. The product scope is focused on ETFs, convertible bonds, equity futures and options). The successful candidate will have excellent relationships with key members of relevant trading and sales desks, along with an in-depth understanding of clients.
Job responsibilities:
- Drive and develop strategic initiatives for the business in terms of functionality, protocol, market structure, pricing and overall market operations.
- Work with internal teams to develop and maintain an active network of buy-side and sell-side stakeholders, leveraging relationships to improve business insight and product offerings.
- Communicate effectively with internal groups to drive consensus on business direction, seek input and share knowledge to ensure a cohesive sales and product development strategy.
- Communicate effectively with client groups and external key stakeholders; educate clients through product demonstrations and incorporate feedback into product roadmap.
- Cement Tradeweb' s position as a market leader within the Equities business, keeping up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to maintain competitive advantage.
- Thoroughly understand how to operate Tradeweb's equities platform and develop and implement a product / platform roadmap by working with internal and external stakeholders
- This individual is expected to use their market expertise to contribute to wider strategic decision making for Tradeweb's international business.

Essential Skills / Experience:
- Prior P&L responsibility, successful track record; results focused
- Minimum 8 years of client-facing experience in the financial services industry
- Prior sales and / or product experience in ETFs preferred
- Thorough understanding of electronic trading
- Ability to drive and execute a product development strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience managing a team
- Team-player & strong independent worker with ability to take ownership & responsibility
