Group Details
Tradeweb is seeking a business and financial professional to join our growing Finance & Accounting department in support of the recently acquired ICD business. This role will be an integral part of the team connecting the FP&A and Business manager functions, supporting the Head of ICD and ICD Heads of Sales, Marketing, Products, and Technology while working closely with Investor Relations. You will be expected to make a meaningful contribution and engage with our senior members of the business. The successful candidate will possess excellent qualitative and quantitative skills and be excited by the challenge of having wide exposure to and blending finance, product and strategy. You will be comfortable solving open-ended questions and creatively shaping the answer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strong product knowledge by immersing yourself in the ICD and Tradeweb ecosystem. Learn about the division's businesses, products, and revenue streams.
- Establish standardized analysis and reporting requirements for internal reporting to provide visibility to business leaders.
- Develop insights and effectively communicate, guide, and support senior product managers with both recurring and ad hoc analysis/models.
- Prepare analyses to investigate potential new business strategies, model and forecast scenarios.
- Gain a thorough understanding of different client behaviors by product to support onboarding and client deals.
- Create financial reports and financial dashboards to measure business performance and financial health.
- Liaise with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to develop a working group that effectively supports and guides each business.
- Partner with Head of ICD and ICD Head of Sales to design, implement, and manage quotas and commissions for Sales Team.
- Drive client pricing decisions and approvals
- Partner with Investment Product Management to negotiate distribution fees paid to ICD by fund companies and partners
- Serve as the primary support in developing new growth initiatives and strategies, providing objective analysis on results.
- Learn and apply tools such as Workday Adaptive, Alteryx, Tableau, and ChatGPT, and stay up to date on automation trends.
- Act as financial ICD subject matter expert for regulatory, tax, and SEC compliance.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in FP&A, Mutual Fund Distribution, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Strategy, Management Consulting, or business support.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business ideal; MBA preferred
- Self-starter with a high level of intellectual curiosity and ownership of projects, driven by high energy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable presenting and working cross-functionally with individuals at various levels and from multidisciplinary backgrounds.
- Comfortable transitioning between micro-level details and macro-level strategic thinking.
- Ability to thrive in and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills (forecasting, projections, budgeting, variance/delta analysis) with strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
- Basic Tableau and/or Microsoft Business Intelligence knowledge strongly preferred but not required.
- Experience with Workday (Adaptive, Office Connect), Alteryx, and Oracle ERP Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial markets and financial products, especially Money Market Funds and other Corporate investment vehicles is a plus.

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $200,000 to $300,000 per year plus potential bonus, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
