Who we're looking for

Toyota's Vehicle Service Department is looking for a passionate, detailed, and highly motivated Vehicle Services Financial Administrator.

The primary responsibility of this role is to create and manage Eligibility ID's for department vehicles, and ensure department are billed correctly. The administrator will also work closely with Executive Retiree's and HR, to ensure their monthly billing is accurate, and the Northen Trust Pension is reconciled.

What you'll be doing

  • Invoice and manage ALL Retiree lease vehicles
  • Billing of all department vehicles to appropriate departments
  • Invoicing of TM lease charges for non-TMNA Payroll Affiliates
  • TIEM, TMHU, TCF, TRI, Woven, and Toyota Connected
  • Create and maintain Eligibility IDs for TM, Affiliate and Department vehicles
  • Billing of vehicles leased by members from Japan (non-Advisors)
  • Global trainees, VIP students, Advisor spouse vehicles, etc.
  • Maintain eligibility ID inbox and respond to any inquiries
  • Create monthly Multi book journal entries and accruals

Qualifications/ What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proficiency with SAP, BPC, and Power BI Dashboards.
  • Strong PC proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, organizing, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Self-starter mindset, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Accounting principles experience.
  • Root Cause analysis skills.
  • Solid business acumen and process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • A high degree of business partnering skills and ability to influence others at all levels.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong presence and have demonstrated track record of success.
  • Experience creating journal entries.

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience in the retail or automotive business.
  • Experience with Ariba, and Toyota Company Car NVS or other legacy systems, and/or reporting tools such as SSRS, SQL, Python.
