Toyota's OneTech organization is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Technical Product Owner within the Marketing Technology & Analytics department.

Reporting to the Manager, Technology Product Management, the person in this role will support the Marketing Technology and Analytics Platform department's objective to converge multiple separate marketing technologies and customer data science initiatives into product focused programs that position OneTech to meet current business demand and prepare us for success in the future.

  • Someone who can take ownership of our valued partners' work priorities to ensure we are meeting expectations
  • Someone who can maximize the use of our consumer data assets to support business marketing initiatives
  • Someone who can effectively collaborate across a complex stakeholder landscape to synthesize requirements and maintain a healthy backlog.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and manage the entire product lifecycle from vision and strategy through design, development, release, and iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-domain stakeholders to gather technical requirements and prioritize features that meet business needs.
  • Lead roadmap and backlog refinement by applying agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features that meet both technical and business objectives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs for data project initiatives
  • Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables across multiple product developments
  • Effectively communicate product vision and progress to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, translating complex technical concepts into business impact.
  • Act as a bridge builder across technology, product, and business teams
  • Establish clear metrics to track product performance, demonstrate business value and prove out ROI.
  • Foster strong vendor and partner relationships, ensuring successful delivery of key product capabilities and data needs.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • 5+ years deep understanding of cloud technologies and modern software development practices, with a strong ability to solve technical challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts, influence/persuade partners, and make recommendations to management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working with marketing technology and an understanding of marketing data.
  • Experience working in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, mission-critical data solutions for enterprises.
