Who We're Looking For
Toyota's Service Parts & Accessories Department (SPAD) is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Analyst Program Management.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage key maintenance and retention products that have been introduced to help our dealers compete with the Aftermarket and provide a low cost of ownership to Toyota/Lexus customers.
Reporting to the SPAD Program Management Manager, the person in this role will support the Service Parts & Accessories department's objective to collaborate with Toyota & Lexus sales & TCMC Advisory Dealers, manage supplier relationships, identify gaps in product offerings, establish competitive pricing versus the aftermarket, and perform program and market research to help develop ongoing strategic initiatives to provide better service to our customers while increasing TMNA profitability.
What You'll Be Doing
Market Research
- Analyze market conditions, market trends and historical product sales
- Initiate and review dealer feedback including:
- Survey development, implementation, and analysis
- Dealer visits/calls
- Dealer Advisory Council meetings
- Region and Sales Division input
Building Actionable Plans
- Plans could include, but are not limited to:
- Pricing action
- Product line expansion
- Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of new products/programs
- Determine supplier capability:
- Administer and enhance TMNA supplier relationships
- Know strengths and weaknesses of each supplier to determine Kaizen opportunities.
Administer the strategy, plan, and day-to-day activities
- Manage legacy and new program launches
- Product admin includes:
- Pricing - Weekly, Monthly, and/or Quarterly updates for raw material cost changes or strategic repositioning (e.g., line pricing or re-pricing to improve competitive position
- Part Number Admin
- Service levels - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure our program meet or exceed dealer/customer expectations
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree of higher or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience in a Toyota role with focus on data analysis
- Experience with automotive Parts/Accessories, including aftermarket pricing analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience analyzing and visualizing data and presenting results to leadership
- Strong analysis, problem solving and decision- making ability (3-5 years)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
Added Bonus If You Have
- Product management experience for parts and/or retail
- Project Management Experience, including creating timelines and task management, managing or leading multiple projects/tasks at the same time and seeing them through to completion
