We're actively looking for a driven Software Quality Assurance Engineer II to analyze product requirements to establish quality assurance specifications and reliability objectives within an Engineer Quality team. Develop and implement test strategies using quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures.

  • Lead the end-to-end validation of various systems of the Connected Technologies Platform, including Web Portals, Mobile Applications, and Infotainment Systems, to ensure a high-quality and seamless user experience.
  • Estimation and Allocation: Plan and coordinate testing resources, including staffing and logistics. Provide estimates for test planning and execution work.
  • Use test automation tools and techniques to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Prioritize and plan testing activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate and lead quality improvement projects and teams. Identify areas for quality improvement and propose solutions.
  • Provide technical support to internal customers, including, but not limited to:
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standup, sprint planning, sprint refinement, and sprint demo
  • Adapt new technologies, tools, and processes from the organization as needed

What you bring

  • Proven experience in experience in engineering project management and development; Automotive experience background preferred.
  • A degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is usually preferred.
  • Product Owner-related experience and agile mindset.
  • Possess Technical and Product Management skills to communicate and drive different teams & suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment with quick decision-making skills.

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience with automated testing for Android and iOS mobile devices with open-source tools, in-car network protocol development (CAN or MOST), cloud service development, waterfall development, and agile or scrum.
  • Experience in automotive cockpit-related hardware/software stacks.
  • Experience in Infotainment Hardware, Embedded SW and Off-board Software Development, and automotive architecture.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and strong presentation skills.
