Who we're looking for

Toyota's Service Parts & Accessories is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Project Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the development of Toyota and Lexus Service Parts and Accessories within a defined timeframe, with a focus on managing timeline activities to assure on-time launch of programs.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Operations, the person in this role will support the Service Parts & Accessories objective to launch accessory and OE component parts 100% on-time.

What you'll be doing

  • Scope Management - Lead development teams in development program development.
  • Time Management - Develop timelines based on deliverables in various templates.
  • Project Tracking - Manage and run team meetings as needed to maintain the development schedule.
  • Update timeline activities within Microsoft Project and distribute with team minutes to group and management.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate SPAD management when necessary to maintain the program schedule.

What you bring

  • Equivalent professional experience in vehicle accessory development. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Project, including Project Web Application (PWA).
  • Project management experience for complex and highly integrated development projects, including schedule creation and KPI tracking from start to completion.
  • Knowledge of vehicle accessory & component development.

Added bonus if you have

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Experience working with Toyota development teams, including creating meeting minutes for critical development activities.
  • Professional level knowledge of the development of automotive service parts.
  • Experience with SPAD development methods.
  • Japanese speaking proficiency.
