The primary responsibility of this role is to work with the RPA CoE teams and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent business automation across the enterprise, while supporting and improving internal processes to improve delivery.

Reporting to the RPA COE Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the RPA Center of Excellence department's objective to drive automation across the enterprise, working with customers at all levels of the TMNA organization to increase productivity through automation. Additionally, the RPA COE Sr. Analyst is an extremely customer focused individual who understands the importance of enabling our internal business customers and is dedicated to improving business processes and creating a superior team member experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the delivery and sustainment of process automation across the enterprise by working with business customers to understand business needs, requirements & business process flow and assess priorities utilizing RPA CoE processes.
  • Facilitate and lead the RPA governance process and help track and manage deliverables from key business partners. Facilitate discussions with internal TMNA IT groups, such as Business Application teams, Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Architecture, etc. to achieve project deliverables.
  • Partner with vendors, internal & external teams to understand and leverage emerging automation trends and capabilities to provide the best automation outcomes.
  • Manage internal and external dependencies, collaborate with stakeholders and process owners, managers, operations, and customer teams to deliver Toyota's automation objectives.
  • Act as a champion and advocate for Automation working across the organization to increase visibility and adoption.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related engineering discipline; OR equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in Robotic Process Automation including development, business analysis, and/or support.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in business automation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to partner with other individuals and organizations to understand automation needs and opportunities.
  • Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Strong organization, process development, and problem-solving skills.

Added bonus if you have

  • UiPath Automation Developer Professional.
  • Knowledge on UiPath suite of products including UiPath Deployment Architecture, Automation Cloud, Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Centre, Action Centre, Insights, Test Manager, Automation Ops, and Computer vision.
  • Experience in other automation tools, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI tools.
