Who we're looking for

The Toyota Logistics Services (TLS) Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team is seeking a Senior Analyst passionate about understanding and improving business processes, utilizing problem-solving, innovation, agile methodology, and a strategic mindset to help support Toyota's drive to become a mobility company.

The TLS BTS team is comprised of business and technical experts responsible for creating, improving, and managing the operation of TLS operational systems. The team's priority is to develop seamless, timely, flexible, high-quality, and efficient finished vehicle logistics business solutions that are responsive to changing customer needs, business disruptions, and volume fluctuations.

What you'll be doing

• Product Owner who assists with managing and maintaining the operation of current systems and managing enhancements between IT and business users to ensure consistent value delivery to customers, utilizing TPS (Toyota Production System) and agile methodology.

• Identify, define, and deploy digital enhancements to streamline and improve processes.

• Strategic identification & resolution of process gaps across the BTS department

• Support and create seamless, technically relevant, integrated tools that provide visibility and speedy decision making for team members and leaders.

• Communicate and collaborate cross functionally with other product owners to ensure alignment with new and current system objectives

• Maintain operational tools with industry best issue resolution timing; challenging processes to ensure the alignment of physical and logical vehicle flows.

What you bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience as Product Owner/Scrum Master
• Experience with agile and scrum methodology
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and organization skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

What you may bring

• Project Management Experience
• Familiarity with Generative AI & Automation
• Experience with design thinking
• Knowledge of sustainable technologies
• Understanding of IoT & Edge Computing
• Familiarity with Toyota Business Processes and Kaizen
