Who we're looking for
Toyota's Enterprise Compliance Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Enterprise Compliance Sr. Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technology factories to capture, document and define requirements for Archer eGRC compliance modules, including defining key risk indicators and developing reporting for Sr. Leadership and Board of Directors. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced reporting and dashboards using BI solutions.
Reporting to the Enterprise Compliance Manager, the person in this role will support the Enterprise Compliance department's objective to enhance the Compliance Management System (CMS).
What you'll be doing
- Develop requirements for compliance reporting utilizing data extracts from Archer eGRC and other sources to identify enterprise-wide risks for consumption by senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Lead the creation and ongoing updates to Power BI dashboards to monitor and analyze data
- Lead and facilitate requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders and compliance management for compliance modules within the Archer eGRC platform.
- Provide guidance for Archer eGRC efficiencies and best practices to other users, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of the CMS that is designed to ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
- Responsible for collaborating with technology factory on requirements and overall design of functionality of the CMS.
- Responsible for working with the business to capture processes and controls and mapping to federal and state regulations.
- Responsible for developing training materials for compliance modules.
What you bring
- Four-year college degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a compliance, regulatory or risk capacity
- Prior experience working in a regulated entity, preferably CFPB regulated
- Prior experience developing reporting and dashboards in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to seek out and offer business-oriented solutions to complex compliance problems
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with low margin of error
Added bonus if you have
- Prior experience with developing or enhancing a CMS, especially Archer
- Strong understanding of consumer financial protection regulations (e.g., UDAAP, ECOA, FCRA, CLA, FDCPA, TILA, GLBA, SCRA) and the ability to analyze and recommend changes that both increase compliance risk mitigation as well as enhance business process efficiency wherever possible.
- A Compliance certification (e.g., NAF, CCEP, CCCCP, CRCM) or CAMS
