Who we're looking for

Toyota's Cincinnati Region is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Product Sales Engagement Administrator.

Reporting to the Product Sales Engagement Manager, the person in this role will supports the region's efforts to provide quality training events and successful SmartPath launches to the Cincinnati Region dealers. It handles both departments' administrative duties, such as budget, certification program, billing, meeting planning, and recognition programs..

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain monthly tracking and reconciliation for Product Launch, Recovery & SmartPath Budgets
  • Ensure compliant use of department PCard transactions
  • Submit and track external contracts for training initiatives in Ariba and serve as liaison with TMNA Procurement
  • Request Certificate of Insurance (COIs) and vehicle insurance requirements through Toyota Riskonnect/Legal
  • Create training sessions and issue credits in Cornerstone for the dealership certification program
  • Responsible for all dealer billings after training sessions including submission, reconciliation & JV process
  • Provide training enrollment updates and assistance with course registrations
  • Assist training launches by ordering catering, creating sign-in sheets, name badges and any additional support initiatives
  • Coordinate monthly eCommerce Mystery Shop letters emailed to each dealer
  • Support SmartPath dealer incentives by creating ePPRs and submitting payment requests in FISS
  • Maintain SmartPath sustainment training calendar
  • Compile monthly training & development opportunities for Region Team Members and communicate via email
  • Order and inventory promotional items
  • Maintain the department's Dealer Daily website
  • Provide administrative support to department team members
  • Support Region initiatives and other departments as necessary

What you bring

  • Associate's Degree or relevant work experience 3+ years of office professional experience in automotive or related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Tableau

Added bonus if you have

  • Field Management experience (or any related field role)
