Who we're looking for
The purpose of the Operations Analyst - Cash Management will be to manage Toyota Financial Savings Bank's (TFSB) daily transactions and cash management functions that reside within TFSB-hosted systems. The position will:
• Manage, process, and record daily outgoing/incoming wires and cashier's checks.
• Manage ACH and check payments - processing ACH chargebacks, non-post or other types of investigation, and similar functions with checks including NSF, or check payment investigation.
• Manage and monitor all wire, ACH and check processing procedures including updates and approvals
• Assist in coordinating annual wire training for TFSB Team Members.
• Monitor and review checks processed via Remote Deposit Capture (RDC).
• Manage subledger postings via Fiserv Premier - to include deposit and loan transactions.
• Partner with TFSB Compliance on regulatory requirements related to payments/transactions and any changes to regulations that may impact TFSB.
• Participate in annual NACHA training and provide support for NACHA rule updates.
• Provide support for various audits as they related to wires and TFSB Operations cash management. Provide support for the annual NACHA audit.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all daily transactions including wires, ACH and check payments. $5M daily average.
• Partner with TFS/TFSB stakeholders on issue resolution, reporting and reconciliation
• Manage Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) responsibilities (Admin, Operations, Reporting).
• Manage processes related to invoicing and purchase orders tied to vendor relationships owned by Operations.
• Process transactions for Brokered CD's including interest payments, death puts, maturities and other types of related transactions.

What you bring
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience within banking operations
• 2+ years of relevant work experience (Accounting/Cash Mgmt.)
• 3+ years of experience working in Banking/Financial Institution
• Experience with high dollar and high-volume transaction review with an eye for detail in order to identify errors, whether systemic or manual.
• Proficiency of Microsoft office Suite

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $125,100.00.Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan.
