Who We're Looking For

The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and deter risks originating from the actions of internal personnel within our organization. You'll lead Insider Risk Management investigations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risks identified.

Applicants for this role need to have experience working in a high-growth environment, engaging with senior leadership to align with and execute program roadmaps, and deliver program services for TFS. Success in this role requires the capability to influence and encourage the prioritization of security initiatives. The senior analyst must demonstrate broad business and technical expertise that inspires confidence in recommendations.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and Detection: Implement tools and processes for continuous monitoring and early detection of suspicious activities.

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of potential insider threats, including monitoring employee behavior, access patterns, and data handling.

  • Reporting: Identify and track security service performance trends and risk metrics across portfolio to ensure service quality expectations and risk mitigation targets are met. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting trends, incidents, and risk mitigation efforts.

  • Program Oversight: Assist with case management, process integrity, quality of work, and adherence to SLA requirements.

  • Program Enhancement: Provide input on operational playbooks, capability baselines, and roadmaps. Identify process/technology gaps and provide recommendations to ensure alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.

  • Collaboration: Engage cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Security, Risk) to address risks and improve security posture. Build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to enable and deliver program success.

  • Team Development: Cultivate existing talent and culture, including coaching and development of less experienced resources. Identify and attract talent to address capability gaps as needed. Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving.
