Who we're looking for

Toyota's Portland Region is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Regional eCommerce Field Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to support and improve digital operations at our Toyota Dealerships in the Pacific Northwest, ultimately enhancing the customer experience. This includes consulting on easy to use and intuitive websites, captivating social engagement, proper lead handling processes and the use of digital retailing tools. Reporting to the Regional eCommerce Manager, the person in this role will support the Portland Regional Office's objective to increase vehicle, parts, accessories and service sales.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the vision of making it easy for dealerships to provide a personal, connected, and trusted digital experience that is uniquely Toyota.
  • Accurately analyze and assess dealership websites, including inventory listings and promotions, to help dealership management reach their sales and fixed operations e-commerce goals
  • Assess dealership lead management systems and digital retailing tools to ensure an exceptional online experience for the end customer
  • Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with all Field Travelers in the Portland Region (Sales / Service / Parts) to ensure that all common action plans and goals are pursued and reviewed with dealership personnel.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and identify new opportunities for growth.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of overall dealership operations
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work inter-departmentally
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel (overnight) up to 50%
  • Good working knowledge of SEO/SEM
  • This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position.

Nice To Have

  • Automotive field experience (District Sales Manager or District Service and Parts Manager)
  • Exposure to SmartPath
  • Experience with LeadView, and TDDS programs
  • Proficient with Toyota systems including NVS, Workout, Dealer Daily

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $125,100.00Paid holidays and paid time off : The company offers 120 hours of vacation, 24 hours personal holiday, 13 company observed holidays, and 80 hours of accrued sick time.
