Toyota Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for End-User Compute (EUC) to lead the engineering team in the automation of manual processes across our organization. This role requires a visionary leader, with hands on engineering experience, who can drive the transformation of our end-user computing environment by identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve the overall user experience of our hybrid workforce.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for automating manual processes within the EUC environment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities that enhance self-service capabilities and align with business goals.
  • Designing, deploying, and integrating automation solutions that empower users to resolve issues and perform tasks independently through self-service channels.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of EUC specialists and automation engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of automation initiatives.
  • Ensuring that all automation processes adhere to company security policies and regulatory requirements.

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in End-User Computing (EUC) or IT management roles, with a focus on process automation and self-service solutions.
  • Proven experience with automation tools and technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), scripting, and AI-driven solutions for self-service applications.
  • Hands on experience implementing and managing End User Software, Hardware, and Platforms at and Enterprise level including, Operating Systems, device selection, lifecycle planning, and supplier management.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, desktop management, and self-service support environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with a track record of successfully implementing self-service automation projects.
  • Excellent vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
