Who we're looking for

Toyota's [Production Engineering Paint] Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated [Digital Engineering Team Member.]

The primary responsibility of this role is to [Investigate, communicate and implement new models in the Paint shops across North America].

Reporting to the [Manager], the person in this role will support the [Paint] department's objective to [implement new models and technology across North America].

What you'll be doing

-Investigate new models

-Investigate new technologies

-Offline program robot process that will produce Toyota and Lexus models

-Investigate and support 2050 initiatives

-Create and maintain training documents for the newer members in our group

-Download and step check robot programs in the field

-Confirm quality targets are met in the field

What you bring

  • 2+ years at Toyota with Paint Process experience
  • 2+ years programming robots with Carrot 3
  • 2+ years using Catia
  • 2+ years programming Kawasaki Topcoat and UBC robots.
  • Able to report out in many different formats.

What you may bring

  • 2-year degree in a technical field
  • 4-year degree in any field
  • 5+ years in Paint SE
