What we're looking for

Toyota's Dealer Lending Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Dealer Lending Services Representative.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide superior customer service to our dealers and the Field Sales Team. In this roll you will collect and process all loan payment and wholesale charges by their respective due date while reporting status to management.

Reporting to the Dealer Lending Services Supervisor, the person in this role will support the Dealer Lending department's objective to be responsible for the daily activity of the wholesale dealer portfolio.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing daily activities of the Dealer Lending Portfolio to ensure systems accurately reflect all loans and charges.
• Ensuring suspense items and loan exceptions are researched and processed/resolved in a timely manner.
• Collecting and processing all payments related to dealer wholesale and commercial loans.
• Ensuring wires are processed to the dealers in accordance with policies and procedures and are completed in a timely manner.
• Obtaining approvals and maintaining appropriate documentation to file accordingly.
• Reporting heightened risks or unusual situation to management and appropriate parties.
• Responding to dealer question via phone calls and shared inbox within department expectations.

Qualifications/ What you bring
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related fields, or equivalent years of banking or auto finance experience
• Ability to see connections, trends, and patterns that are not immediately obvious to others.
• Ability to understand, integrate, and implement workflow and analytic solutions and directives as they become available.
• Strong professionalism and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to have good follow through on requests for information/support with strong time management.
• Know when to escalate issues and can clearly explain situation and provide recommendations to management in a timely fashion.

Added bonus if you have
• Previous experience with auto finance systems
• Previous experience with commercial finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite with a focus in Excel including experience with formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros.
