Who we're looking for

Toyota Financial Services' Dealer Lending Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Dealer Lending Operations Analyst.

The Dealer Lending Operations Analyst is responsible for the booking, maintenance, and management of all loan transactions for Dealer Lending's loan products across all tenants, including Toyota Financial Services, Mazda Financial Services, Bass Pro Shops Financial Services, and Toyota Financial Savings Bank. In addition, the Operations Analyst is responsible for the ongoing loan maintenance associated with Toyota Financial Services' National Accounts, which include Syndicated and Participated loans.

This person will be responsible for reviewing the completeness of all executed documents for each loan product (Wholesale Flooring, Real Estate, Working Capital, and Revolving Line of Credit), correctly inputting the loan information into in the respective system, and complying with SOX control functions for the accuracy of financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

• Review the completeness and accuracy of all relevant executed documents prior to updating related systems for wholesale flooring, real estate, working capital, revolving line of credit, and national account syndication/participation loans
• Accurately analyze and update loan systems based on the loan documentation for SOX compliance to ensure accurate GL reporting and error-free works
• Perform reconciliation on any discrepancies related to legal documents, credit approval, and system updates and determine the course of action and assist in the analysis if necessary
• Perform any necessary reconciliation, including payment or interest adjustments
• Work closely with Sales, Dealer Lending, Agent Banks, Risk, Accounting, and/or Legal to research and resolve any discrepancies during loan booking process
• Monitor communications from Agent Banks and prepare for upcoming draw requests, interest accruals & fee expenses and ensure information is entered in the system timely and accurately.
• Develop/maintain Standard Operating Procedures for each Dealer Credit Operations task and review FOPP related to the task for each loan products
• Assist in process improvement or system transformation during the system requirements, development, and testing
• Collaborate with other team members such as Sales, DL Underwriting, DL Documentation, DL Servicing, and DL Audit Team, DL Portfolio Management, Accounting, Risk, Legal, IDS, BI, and National Account to identify any opportunities
• Help supervisor, and/or manager in preparing any presentations, training, or ad hoc reports

Qualifications/ What you bring
• High School Diploma
• Relevant work experience (in a similar field and/or industry)
• Microsoft Products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Understanding of basic finance/accounting

Added bonus if you have
• 5+ years of relevant work experience (in a similar field and/or industry)
• Experienced in commercial loan funding and processing (Captive Finance Company or Bank)
• Experience processing/managing syndicated loan facilities
• BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
