Who we're looking for

Toyota Financial Service's Dealer Lending Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Documentation Administrator.

The person in this role will support Dealer Lending's Documentation Team by preparing commercial loan and retail/lease documents, supporting our customers and performing administrative tasks.

They will also support Dealer Lending's objective to provide a high degree of customer service while also maintaining the highest levels of quality.

What you'll be doing

  • In this role, you'll be responsible for the preparation, delivery, execution and storage of commercial lending loan documents for all Toyota/Lexus and Private Label Dealers.
  • You will typically be responsible for documenting commercial loan packages related to a variety of loan products including but not limited to Real Estate, Working Capital, Revolving Lines of Credit and Wholesale.
  • The preferred applicant must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and accurately document loan documents based on all relevant records such as credit approvals, corporate formation documents, state statutes, etc, along with adhering to key Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) control functions.
  • The position is also responsible for meeting established service levels based on SLAs with our internal and external clients (Regional Offices, Borrowers, Guarantors, Legal, and vendors) to ensure timely and accurate service is provided and provide support to team members on issues arising from any of their day-to-day processes.

What you bring

  • High School Education or Equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
  • Basic proficiency utilizing Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, SharePoint etc)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents and summarize their contents

Added bonus if you have

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
  • Prior experience as a Paralegal or related field
